Moongilmart.com operates as a multi-vendor platform. We provide the digital infrastructure for transactions between you (“the Customer”) and independent third-party artisans and vendors (“Vendors”). While we facilitate the transaction, the contract of sale is directly between you and the Vendor. Moongilmart is not the seller or re-seller of the products unless explicitly stated.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly. You must not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the products they list. 5. Orders and Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the order in question.

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
