1. Order Processing
- Vendor-Dependent Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched directly by our independent Vendors. Standard processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) from order confirmation.
- Custom/Handmade Items: Products marked as custom or handmade may have longer processing times, which will be clearly stated on the product page. You will receive an email with a revised delivery estimate.
- Order Consolidation: If your order contains items from multiple Vendors, they will be shipped separately, and you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
- Domestic Service: We currently ship only within India.
- Estimated Delivery: After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes:
- 3-7 business days for metros and tier-1 cities.
- Up to 10 business days for tier-2/3 cities and remote areas.
Note: These are estimates and not guarantees, as they depend on the Vendor’s location, your delivery address, and courier service performance.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are set by each Vendor and are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.
- Free Shipping: Many Vendors offer free shipping. Site-wide, we offer free shipping on a single Vendor’s order exceeding INR 900. Check individual product pages for specific offers.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number(s) and a link to the courier’s website.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.
5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
- If a shipment is returned to the Vendor due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us. We will investigate with the Vendor and courier partner.
- Damaged on Arrival: Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy (Section 2) for the procedure. It is crucial to report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
