At MoongilMart, we want to ensure a satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for returning items purchased through our marketplace and obtaining refunds.

2. General Return Conditions

2.1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Items must be accompanied by original invoice

2.2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate wear and undergarments
  • Personal care items
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable software or digital content
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description
  • Items on sale or clearance

3. Return Process

3.1. Initiating a Return

  1. Log into your MoongilMart account
  2. Go to “My Orders”
  3. Select the item you wish to return
  4. Choose the reason for return
  5. Follow the instructions to generate a return shipping label (if applicable)

3.2. Return Shipping

  • For items damaged during transit or received defective: Free return shipping
  • For change of mind or size issues: Shipping cost borne by customer
  • Items should be properly packed to prevent damage during return transit
  • Keep proof of return shipment until refund is processed

4. Refund Process

4.1. Refund Timeline

  • Inspection Period: 2-3 business days after receiving the return
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Credit Card/Debit Card refunds: 5-10 business days to reflect in account
  • Wallet refunds: 24-48 hours

4.2. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Original card used
  • Net Banking: Original bank account
  • UPI: Original UPI ID
  • Wallet: MoongilMart wallet balance

4.3. Refund Amount

  • Full product cost for defective/damaged items
  • Product cost minus shipping charges for other returns
  • Original shipping charges refunded only if item received was defective

5. Product-Specific Policies

5.1. Electronics

  • Must be returned within 7 days
  • Original packaging with all accessories
  • No physical damage or signs of use
  • Warranty cards must be unmarked
