1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for most products within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including personalized/custom-made products, intimate items, and perishable goods. This will be clearly marked on the product page.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide:

  • Clear photographs/video of the damaged product and its packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will coordinate with the Vendor to arrange for a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

3. Return Process (Change of Mind)

  • Notify Us: Initiate a return request by emailing support@moongilmart.com within the 7-day window.
  • Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.
  • Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item back to the Vendor’s designated address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
  • Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This process may take 7-10 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
